Saying Goodbye To The Old Stuff

 Punctually for my moving out of the shared apartment I used to live in during the last 2 years, I will show you pictures of the room I had. So maybe you are getting an idea of how I lived. 

Because soon you will see my new place. :)

Uncasual Thursday

 The other day I met a good friend of mine, who convinced me to start a project. His one is called "Uncasual Tuesday". He is working something with IT, that's why he doesn't have to dress up to go to work. Nevertheless he had some suits hanging in his closet, which never saw the daylight. So he got the idea of wearing them on tuesdays together with some work colleagues. Every Tuesday you can discover a new picture of him and his colleagues posing in a funny way on facebook.

He gave me the idea to have my own uncasual day, becaus in my opinion, we don't wear elegant clothes enough nowadays. 

My weekday happens to be on Thursday because it's the day I spent most of my time in university. So those are my starting photos. I was ill that's why it had to be really warm, too. 

By the way, I am trying to convince some of my fellow students to join me and maybe some day we will take funny pictures, too. Who knows. :)

P.S.: This is my new Sideboard. Once I decided what I want to put inside, I will show you proper pictures.

Wooden Boxes

 After popping in the furniture second hand store when passing, I came out with two wooden vegetable boxes for free. It looks like they are falling apart soon, but till then they are useful as a bookshelf.

 Sometimes I like it really comfortable...

Hang Up!

 Did I tell you? I really like wearing colours. Especially during dark days of the year.

Oh and, you probably discovered it before me, but to make a corner look neat and you just need some nails, hooks and a hammer.

This feels much better than it was before!

Just A Regular Tuesday

I'm Hung Up

 So, as I told you from now on you will see more personal stuff. This is my room so far. I finally unpacked most of my stuff and managed to put my clothes in my closet. I just took about half my clothes with me and therefor bought a small wardrobe. Of course it won't stay like that, I just need a hanging gaderobe.

 Oh and it's funny that the streetlights have been hung up between the houses.

My New Room

Just trying the webcam quality of my mac, which is kind of bad. But it's a very easy and lazy way to take pictures.

As you may see, I moved to another city in consequence of starting to study. I am missing a lot of things in my new room, such as a mattress (try to find a futon here), a ceiling light or a cable to connect my iPod with speakers (music is important! :)). But all in all it's a nice room. 

Today I did a lot of cleaning and unpacking boxes(first outfit) and I hope I am ready soon. 

Later that day I met the first students of my term and we discovered the city together. (Second outfit) This was quite nice and even those, who have been living there for quite some time discovered new places.

I will try to figure out, what this change will mean to the blog. The next two weeks I will have a little bit more time to post and I will try to keep you updated about my personal life a little bit more, but of course will mix it with fashion. But when the term is really starting I'll probably need some time to figure everything out.

EDIT: By the way, I sewed the pants from my first outfit and the jumper and the tights from my second outfit are from hess natur. It's such a good quality!

A cute little polkadotted elephant has arrived at my room some while ago. He is helping me to hold my window open, which is as large as a door and therefor always tries to close himself after opening.

Isn't he the cutest?
