Shopping: Floral H&M Skirt

Last week there was a 20% discount on every piece at H&M, so I popped in to a store at the "Hackeschen Höfe" (Berlin Mitte) so search for something special. I found this skirt and I simply love it! I just wondered how to wear it, because it fitted awkward in my normal size. You can see it on the picture.

So I tried it on in a bigger size, which looked like this.


In the end I bought the bigger one and I am really happy with it up to now. Remarkable were also the changing rooms, which looked like prison cells. But I liked it. I always love it, when I find special decorated stores.

Spiked Heel

The website modelina has just announced the mini series of "Spiked Heel" which stars Heidi Klum as the Kluminator. I think it's kind of cool, because it reminds me of the early batman film, which I really like!
But I don't get the message or function of the whole serie, if there is one...

Outfit Of The Day

As I was really lazy today, I decided to wear something very comfy. There is a new piece in my wardrobe namly the white skirt. I found it while browsing through our old costumes' box in the attic and fell in love with it. My new favourite colour of the moment defenitly is white! The only disadvantage of the skirt is its filthiness. I washed it twice, but the stains are really stubborn. I thought about dying it red, but I think the stains won't take in the colour, so I wear it nevertheless.
The picture has been taken by my brother in a "Spielemax"-Store, where we wanted to buy the most epic game ever: "Halli Galli". Unfortunately it wasn't available. =(
After that we went to the "Perlerei" to make my mother a bracelet as a birthdaypresent.



By the way I have made the polkadot bag by sewing a vintage tanktop at the hem together and adding some buttons.

Photo Spread:Marie Claire Goes Eco

In the new Issue of Marie Claire is a eco-fashion spread titled “The Keepsake”. The photo spread follows model Angela Lindvall as she poses in a variety of classic spring jackets with organic cotton basics, ethically produced jeans, classic handbags and jewelry, and sustainably designed shoes.
I think it's pretty cool, that they give such an important issue some space.
Hopefully eco-fashion is going to be a longlasting trend, which will really change peoples' mind about being environmentally friendly!

They have even mentioned a german label "Hess Natur", although this blazer is not the prettiest garment from their collection!. =D

DIY: Tee For Boyfriend

The other day it was my boyfriends birthday. I wanted to buy him a tee from "The Mighty Boosh", his favourite comedy serie from England. I found out, that it would be very expensive, take ages to arrive and not the one, that he wanted. So I tried my luck and made one. I bought an organic cotton tee at american apparel and painted my own created motif on it. The motif is a combination between these two already existing shirts:


He was delighted and so was I.
